There are several issues with this school starting with there new program that is the SES 2 program! The teacher is awful, hate the child and clearly hate the job doesn’t want to talk to any of the parents or listen to their concerns!! The teacher does not like communicating them or in fact anyone at this school like to communicate their students with the thing they are by law allowed to have. I honestly don’t understand why people like that get hired! Then there teachers who are from my child told me listen to music or talk to their friends not pay attention during recess duty! It sad they don’t care for the safety of the kids. Last, the bus pick at the end of the day is awful not organized at all just child running around, bum into parents on the steps or crowding the step sit on them making it hard to walk to the office!

I have had now three years of experience with Grant Middle School. My Daughter is in her 8th grade year and she has had tremendous support through out her time here. Teachers have been firm but accommodating, we have had no Issues. The teachers I believe are doing a wonderful job. Our experience with the grant school community has been wonderful. We like to attend family nights, volleyball games, orchestra concerts. Communication between school and parent is also on point.

Sandia was a great school and I had a wonderful experience. I was class of 2022 and even during the pandemic the teachers did a great job, and it’s clear that they all cared about us.
