World class fishing on Greers-ferry-lake, world class trout fishing on the Little Red River (30 min drive). There are antique shops, good restaurants, hiking places, putt putt, golfing and lots of site seeing to do.
We have lake access on the property in the backyard. To access the lake there is a trail down to the water. You can swim and fish right on the property. Boating is great and we have the space for your boat too.You have access to the lake from the backyard to swim and relax.

It is also tops in providing great fishing, water sports, boating and camping. The award-winning reservoir served as the national model for environmental cleanliness. Corps of Engineers campgrounds and commercial parks are available, along with first-class lodging, lakeside resorts and fine restaurants. Shopping and historical sites are other attractions around the lake.
1. Rent and Payments
- Monthly Rent: $750, due on the 1st of each month
- Security Deposit: $750, due at lease signing
- Utilities: $65/month (includes water, sewer, and trash)
- Total Monthly Payment: $815
- Late Fee: $50 if rent is not received by the 5th of the month
2. Occupancy and Guests
- Maximum Occupancy: 3 persons
- Only tenants listed on the lease may reside in the unit
- Guests may not stay more than 3 consecutive nights or more than 10 nights per month without landlord's written permission
- Unauthorized long-term guests or additional occupants are grounds for immediate lease termination
3. House Rules
- No smoking (including tobacco, marijuana, and vaping) in the unit or on the premises
- No illegal drugs or drug-related activity
- Quiet hours begin at 10:30 PM
- No loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior
- Tenant must maintain a clean and sanitary living space
- Loitering or disruptive conduct is not permitted
4. Maintenance & Property Care
- Tenant must report maintenance issues promptly
- No repairs or alterations may be made without landlord approval
- Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the deposit
