I can never park in front of my house, often I am forced to carry my kids and groceries from at least a block away. Neighbors and their kids are disrespectful to my property. We do not use my back yard, yet it constantly has trash like beer bottles, fireworks, and dirty diapers thrown in it. the front of my property had trash thrown all over. Neighbors throw garbage on sidewalks. stray cats rip open garbage bags. On top of all of that, hazleton is infested with cockroaches. Neighbors of mine have told me they have gotten them in their homes."
