"Lots of free range children in town, especially near town park. Great place to visit and hike or bike. "
  • Wyndi N.
"Telluride is incredibly special. There is no place else on earth like it. The town is one big neighborhood and everybody knows your name "
  • James P.
"Telluride. The small town in a box canyon of 13,000 ft peaks and a waterfall at the end. Paradise at 8500 ft. Friendly because it still has a local feel to it, not overrun by condos and hotels... they won't allow it. Fabulous skiing with no lift lines. Highest in-bounds skiing in North America. Hike-to 13,320 ft and ski the broad powder-filled chute to Prospect basin for some more uncut powder. Great restaurants, festivals, music, etc. Still local, still small, with a BIG ski hill for ALL levels of skiiers. The best Beginner/intermediate lift/runs in North America under Lift 10."
