About this House

This house is very decieving from the outside. There is a finshed basement with family/rec room and 2 bedrooms, wood burning stove, 3/4 bath and another room for storage.
Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, living room and full bath. This is where the kitchen is located.
There is a seperate mother inlaw quarters that was just completed that has 2 more bedrooms with a family room breakfast nook and a 3/4 bath.

Neighborhood Description

The neighorhood varies. There are some nicer homes mixed with mobile homes that are not very attractive. However this house is very private on a 3/4 of an acre and can ride horses right out of your corrals onto some great forest service trails.
The house is very deceiving in size as there has been many remodels done. The outside needs some paint and some modernizing, however the inside is complete.
