You pay your own metered electricity/gas, internet and $25/month water. This apartment is available February 1, with some flexibility. One year lease, or willing to consider some shorter term options. Smoking/vaping of any kind is not allowed on this property, building or grounds. Pet Policy: We will consider a neutered/spayed cat with an additional $20/month pet fee.
