You pay your own metered electricity/gas and internet. Water is $25/month for 1 person, second person is an extra $10. Walkscore gives this address a bike score of 96 (biker's paradise) and a walk score of 91 (walker's paradise). This apartment is available August 16th, with some flexibility. Smoking/vaping of any kind is not allowed on this property, building or grounds. Pet Policy: We will consider a neutered/spayed cat with an additional $10/month pet fee.
