There are two air conditioning units and one looks vandalized. There is a blue tarp on the main level of the house, and there are a couple spots with wood damage on the eaves . The home has white concrete brick all around with green Hardy board upstairs. Home has nice palm trees in landscaping. Interior Features:The property has a family room with stairs leading to a bonus room and a sign that reads caution do not walk on patio. There is no bathroom upstairs, there is water damage to the roof on the inside of the house. Kitchen has stove and refrigerator, do not look to be in working order. There is a half bath with toilet vanity and sink there is a second bath with toilet and tub and a total of four bedrooms, and one and a half bathrooms. The inside would need major renovations due to the water damage.
