The neighborhood is very friendly. We watch out for and help each other. Many neighbors get together at a local restaurant every Thursday morning for breakfast together.

We are less than a block away from beautiful Carrie Blake Park and the Olympic Discover Trail. Very close to shopping and Sequim city center.

On the whole people are educated, supportive, open minded and friendly. The surrounding area is gorgeous. Beautiful water, forests, mountains and great weather. I'll live here the rest of my life. "

    "This area is a fairly quiet place to live. The area is far enough away from downtown to not be congested, but close enough to be convenient to all major shopping on Washington ST. There is a local neighborhood park nearby, and although Fifth Ave is used as a shortcut to Sequim AVE, it's manageable. Really, this area is okay for anyone, but they should be open minded for young families and/or families with young children as the area seems to have quite a few."
