There are red oak hardwood floors throughout most of the home. The upstairs bathroom has been completely renovated with a long granite counter top, ceramic tile floor and bathtub surround, and new fixtures. The downstairs bathroom now has a ceramic tile floor and shower with double shower heads, one adjustable and one fixed. The bathroom also has a new sink, faucet, and cabinet as well.The workshop in the rear of the house has large cabinets and a counter top for easy crafting as well as a pegboard wall for organized storage.The generous dedicated storage room has large fixed shelves as well as lots of room for additional shelving or trunks. In addition to the large storage room, the pantry, hall closet, deep linen closet, and bedroom closets all provide lots of storage. There is also a shed in the backyard with a gardening trunk.There is a large Florida room on the back of the house with a cedar plank ceiling obtained from a renovation at Ohio Wesleyan University. There are long walls of windows that let in lots of natural light in addition to the lights provided by the three ceiling fan lights and the over the counter lights. Three cabinets in this room also provide for additional storage. The first floor living room includes a wall of built-in bookcases with glass doors for easy display of books and other possessions. There is also an attached television stand that has cabinet doors that can be swapped out for speakers. This area of the living room has plush carpet for comfortable lounging. Large windows allows in natural sunlight. A ceiling fan hangs from the vaulted ceiling. The upstairs hallway overlooks the living room, giving the whole house a nice, open feeling. The nearby dining room, which also has hardwood floors, has a large opening to the kitchen. This gives the impression of an open concept first floor while blocking the view of the kitchen from the front door. The basement living room has a window seat that looks out onto the Florida room. It also has a cat door installed for easy access for feline friends to reach their litter box.The large back yard includes a sizable garden filled with strawberries, blackberries, mulberries, and grapes. There is plenty of room for children to play in the yard as well as lots of room in the garden for you to plant your own plants. No chemicals have ever been used in the garden area. All windows have been replaced with double paned windows with screens. The air conditioner is brand new as well. The washer and dryer can be provided for an additional $15 per month. Lawn care and sidewalk snow removal will be provided by tenant. Tenants must fill out a rental application, pass a background and credit check, and provide references. For a one year lease, monthly rent is $1,400. For a two year lease, monthly rent is $1,375. Rent payments must be set up with scheduled electronic bill pay.
