Description
Great building site but only water is available, sewer approx. 300', but is uphill from this property. Would not perk when I had it listed in the early 1990s, but priced right to buy and hold for the future. Less than $50,000/acre.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.

"The biggest challenge for Huntersville is growth. It’s booming! And while plans exist for expanding the infrastructure to support the growth, question is whether elements will be completed on time. Shopping is adequate. What’s needed are schools and road improvements...off the main interstates."

"Traffic is probably one of the low points of this neighborhood and actually most of the Huntersville North Carolina area. There has not been any progress in the improvement of the road system in this area for many years. All scheduled improvements keep getting pushed out further and further and further."
