The original home had a major addition which was done sometime in the past (possibly around 1976) but permits were not found for the addition. The detached garage was also converted into a one bedroom, one bath unit sometime in the past but was done without permits. This is also a non conforming use because the parcel is zoned R2 but zoning stipulates that there can only be one unit per 3000 sq ft of parcel. This parcel is only 5326 sq ft so the second unit is not allowed as per zoning.
