RUSTIC CAMP of little value with 32 acres and frontage on Lake Stella and W Branch of the Sturgeon river. Lower area of the lake. Land is mostly lower but does offer good hunting. Needs some TLC but well worth the effort with water and a bathroom! Sellers have not used the property for years and is in a nursing home and probably won't be coming out. There is very little information on well and septic systems. Fishing and hunting, what more could you ask for except this very reasonable price! There is public access site not far away to put boats in. Good fishing in the river too. There is LEGAL INSURABLE access on this property also so there can be a loan on the property. There is some damage to cabin around chimney but is still in "OK" condition, needs a new roof.

"It's a tourist town. Not all jobs are available all year round. some close in between winter and fall, and winter and spring. There isn't a lot of housing here either, because the people that own homes, get permits to rent their rentals to the tourists, for a day or week at a time, for more money for the rental."

"We have the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, and several waterfalls, and some lighthouses. We also have boat rides including the Pictured Rocks Boat Cruise, the Glassbottom Shipwreck Cruise, the Riptide Boat Cruise and a newer Pirate Cruise. Also have golf, miniature golf, bowling and Kewadin Casino in Christmas, MI."

"Brownsaddition is a great neighborhood! House is close to Munising Bay marina, Hero's Baseball Field, Hillside Grocery, Muldoon's Pasty, Glass Bottom Boat Tours, and pontoon/kayak rentals. "
