About this House
The main house is in poor shape and built without permits. The guest house is in good shape and is a converted Graceland with a bathroom. The property is 2 parcels, fenced, also pasture area, small horse barn with two stalls, decent green house and a storage shed. The property has a well installed by local well driller the situation with the septic is unsure. There is also a storage container on the property along with a full solar set up. The batteries will need replaced, due to the long time for probate. Client did not die on the property.
