"It is quiet and rural. 20 minutes to anywhere you want to go to. Traffic is not an issue. Neighbors look out for each other."

"We love this area. Up on the hill, it's quiet and private and very safe. We are only moving to get closer to work and the children's private school. Otherwise, we would be here forever. Great location (even though on HWY 80) for children. Plenty of room to run and roam the yard without ever getting close to the highway. You'd love it too."
