This single family home is nestled in the quiet, historical University district three blocks from ISU campus. Caldwell park is a 2 minute walk away. Moving downstairs to the brand new matching carpet brings you to the family room. During the summer months, you'll be greeted by an immediate, effortless cool temperature that comes with basements. The lower ceilings give the room a cozy feel, and make the rooms easier to keep comfortably warm in each room during the winter.
