Costs:

1. Rental amount is $845 plus utilities. Security deposit is $845 as well.
2. $30 Background check paid directly to "Trans Union" after you complete the online application.
3. One dog (less than 45 lbs) or one cat will be allowed per case basis and if approved, will incur the following fees:
Pet security deposit: $200.
Pet rental amount: $50 per month.

Tenancy Requirements:
Since our residents wish to enjoy a peaceful living, all applicants over 18 years must complete a $30 TransUnion's Credit, Criminal and Eviction Screening. If the first person in a couple gets approved, then we will cover the cost of the second $30 application.

Transunion will make a tenancy decision based on a combination of the following criteria:

1. A minimum of 2.5 times verifiable household income compared to the property's rent.
2.Your payment history which includes timely payments, delinquencies, number of collections, past judgments and so forth.
3. A minimum of a 500 credit score for an applicant or for a co-signer.
4. Please no Section 8.
