Apartment is heated by gas forced air and also has central air conditioning. One parking space in the garage is provided.

Tenant is responsible for gas, electric and cable. No smoking allowed in the apartment or building. Month-to-month lease agreement with one month of rent as a security/damage deposit (due at lease signing) and 1st month of rent due when keys delivered to tenant. Pets under 30 lbs are accepted with an additional $50 per month per pet.
