      "We have owned property here sine 2002 and now live here. The area is gorgeous, especially in the fall. The number of wineries and now beer makers continues to grow. I would say that the only negative is the distance we have to drive to do major shopping...about an hour to either Rochester or the Arnot Mall in Big Flats."
