The house is the last house on a dead end street in a dead end neighborhood with great neighbors next to St Elizabeth's hospital and properties.

The pole barn style garage with cinder block walls has 1946 sq feet and room for 8 cars or 12 VW Bugs. It was built to house large water delivery trucks back in the 30's-50's. Has thick cement floors, some built-in cabinets, work benches, 2 automatic garage doors and 1 large barn door in the center. Has 1 personnel door on back to alley that is not in use. Full electrical service with a decent amount of outlets and lighting. I-Beam installed for use with your chain hoist. There are a few roof leaks; the whole garage could use a re-roof. There are a few settlement issues evident in the cinder block walls.

Horseshoe shaped blacktop driveway around the house. There will never be a parking shortage. Lots of land on 2 plots. 100 x 150 ft (=15,000 sq ft). Fenced area near garage for your four legged friends.
