Keep warm in the winter with the fireplace. The master bedroom has its own 3/4 bath. Two bedrooms and a full bath extend through the hallway. The home has new floors, light fixtures, new roof (2012), new A/C (2012), mostly new electrical throughout and new paint. **(EDIT: Water seeped into the front bedroom and the living room due to excessive rain. We pulled the floor up in those two rooms and found no mold or mildew damage but the two floors still need replaced and that is the reason for the price drop. There is a cement slab underneath)**
