Also has covered patio. Washer/Dryer as is. Small dogs allowed, no cats. More photos coming in June. House cannot be shown until May 31 but will be available not later than June 6th. Tenant is responsible for Utilities, Yard, Weeds, Minor Repairs. Small dogs permitted upon approval. Security Deposit is one month's rent plus pet deposit. Tenant responsible for professional cleaning upon move out. No street or side yard parking permitted, strictly enforced. Showings require application deposit and without background check. Please email property manager first before submitting and paying for application with date desired for move in and any pet requests before submitting online application to ensure availability. Applications cannot be accepted until landlord is contacted. Note: This property is not on Craigslist or Facebook. Please contact landlord for any questions.

    "I lived in Maryvale when I was a child until I was 10 years old. Do you know what makes this neighborhood new unique is that there is a plethora of ethnicity. There is a multitude of restaurants to choose from and there is always small little shops that you have never been to before the visit. There are plenty of convenience stores, easy access to the interstate in gas stations. There is a large mall not far away."
