This is a school where I have had 2 children attend. Both were bullied. The bullying is out of control and they don't have very many ways to deal with it. Of course. It is standard practice to tell you they do but they don'tThey can move your child from class to class. But ultimately, every grade eats together and your kid will eventually see his bullies during lunch. Their lunch staff are not very good At preventing situations they are reactive and . I have experienced three different teachers that held a personal grudge against my child. After i requested conferences and held both my child and teacher to a better standard. Last teacher I didnt even bother her was trying to be friends with kids and letting kids have there way. Principal is not supportive she says everything to make it look like things are under control and it's not. If you have a divorce decree they will mishandled you and do not have sensitivity trainings enough. I have for 5 years had to inform teachers assistant principals principals and nurses every year I would like to be informed on all things also and they still only update the other parent. My kids has gone from loving school and being honorable and gifted and talented program to wanting homeschooling and faking sick.he now has behavior issues at school and they don't believe they have contributed. These Kids are also not eating well at this school. Like all schools i'm sure. I'd advise homeschool, your kids if you have a choice, do not move in this area and take your child to this school.I regret it

If you are relocating and have options, choose another school. The academics are sub-par at best, the teacher's are ill equipped to handle their student's needs, and the student's are the poster children for conflict with no resolution in sight. We started our child here in December and every day since has been filled with constant verbal assaults and when our child was physically assaulted, we had to threaten to sue (which I hated because I'm not a sue happy person) every single person involved to get admin to pay attention and take action. I also had to threaten to go to social media for the school to take down posters of Hitler that read as 'inspirational' because they had no idea how to provide context. One admin insisted that the hall was filled with "great leaders including Martin Luther King Jr." while the Principal said the hall was a timeline to avoid history's mistakes....if the adults aren't on the same page then it's safe to say they are missing the mark at teaching an actual lesson to their students. I will say, when I involved the guidance counselor recently to help my child she was on the incident within 5 minutes, provided coping tools, and helped him move on with the situation he was in so I definitely appreciate her effort. Everyone else is in survival mode and it does not provide an optimal learning environment. If you have no other choice like us, good luck and stick up for your children and yourselves. It's the only way that you are going to get them through here.

I'm a student at Medina valley highschool who switched from Earl Warren highschool in febuary. I had allot of problems last school year due to a relationship issues , as much as I think its dumb the way admins ruled our conflict, the school is very amazing. I had allot of teachers who cared Like Ms.Ladinos a culinary arts teacher she was my best teacher because she cared so much even when I barley turned in any work she basically sums up majoirty of the teachers within Warren, I do have dyslexia and In need of extra help and my case managers helped allot and all my teachers met with me in the room with my mother and they found new ways to help with grades, here at MVISD they don't help with that at all so I'm very grateful Warren did that for me, I want to go back so bad but my mom wont let me. Warren is a very good school. If your a parent wanting to enroll your kid into Warren don't be afraid your kid will for sure be comfortable and happy by the end of the semester
