And just off the other side is the guest bedroom. It also includes a flat screen, automatic under-bed lights, and two walk-in closets. One is large enough & wired for a tanning bed. The guest bathroom also has a door to the family room for multiple guest options. It includes a jetted tub and a heated ceramic floor. Through the guest bathroom is the finished laundry room that hides the high efficiency furnace and water softener behind decorative doors. Another set of doors covers the well pump and the a/v equipment. If you exit the family room towards the lake, you walk out to an area that boasts retractable screens around the entire room. Then walk to the dock to watch the sun go down. You could also walk over to the large fenced-in garden. It’ll be growing well because in the shed next to the garden is the entire irrigation system. The fully automatic system draws water from the lake and disperses it throughout the 13 zones to keep the yard looking awesome. Between the garden and the house is the huge bon-fire pit. A few steps away is the covered woodshed. If you go for a boat ride, you will realize how nice it is to not have the hectic traffic of the oversized lakes. You’ll also notice that you have one of the nicest locations on the lake. It’s about an hour ride in a pontoon if you follow the shoreline. Be sure to watch for eagles and loons! If you walk down the nature path, it follows the path of the winding creek with a couple of bridges. Don’t be surprised to see a few deer. The path comes out at the end of the driveway.
