4 mins away from 680 / Pleasanton Downtown and less than 45 mins commute from the valley. We have our 450 sqft Cottage / ADU available for rent. Visit by Appointment only. The unit is co-located with an owner occupied main house on an 1.1 acre property in the Happy valley neighborhood. Rear faces open field with a gorgeous sunset over hills with horses grazing. Clear open skies, lot of birds and animals around, you will forget that you are still in the bay area.

Includes a separate tuff shed storage with connected power, and another suncast storage. Gas Fireplace and AC located in the Hall only. Fans with remote in both hall and bedroom.

Please take appointment or call ahead before visiting. Strictly no driving by, as the unit is on a private property.

Strictly No Smoking allowed. Utilities included within reasonable usage- Electricity, Gas, Water (Softened), Garbage, Sewer and Internet. Utilities may be impacted by PGE Safety power shut-off. Parking under covered RV Shed, limited to only 1 car overnight. Shared main mail box, property owner will sort and drop in mailbox on Cottage.

Space best suited 1-2 members only. Please share Current Employment and history in your intro note. No Subletting. No overnight guests without prior consent with landlord. Quiet neighborhood, and expected to keep very low noise level. Property has video surveillance installed.

Hearst was a very good school during the first two years, despite the principal being completely cold toward the students and caring only about meeting district goals. My son is now in 4th grade, and it has been a nightmare since the beginning of the school year. The teacher has no emotional control, yells, and doesn’t seem to know how to deal with children (which I found interesting, considering she’s been “teaching” for 15 years). I’ve had numerous issues with this teacher and had to reach out to the principal, but she simply doesn’t seem to care about the students’ well-being at the school. There are also many problems with bullying, which are completely ignored by the principal and many of the teachers.

"its easy access to bart and busses living here .Also the apartment has bus concession option and Bart is walking distance away from the apartments where we live. we even have bus stop right at our door step and frequency of the buses are good which can take you different parts of the city and inter cities conveniently.
