The teachers themselves are great…it’s admin staff that is awful. They are more concerned with image than actually doing what’s best for students. Our child was involved in multiple bullying incidents that were not treated equally. When he was the victim it was brushed off and dismissed, but when he was the perpetrator they would go hard on him. When asked about why situations were not treated equally they refused to answer. There’s poor communication with the office as well as to parents. Again, this is admin not the teachers. The teachers were always communicative. Dont be surprised when you find out about events the day of. And you have to pay attention to every email because they will make big announcements in their weekly newsletter email(that hopefully has been updated that week because it’s not uncommon for there to be errors) but other than that say nothing. Anytime they have class parties/special events they expect you to take your kids home early. Especially the last week of school. Basically, if you work, be ready to be shamed for not coming to their events in the middle of your work day to get your child.
