If I could give this school -5 stars I would. I do not recommend it. Staff are the worst to children and parents.

The teachers are nice, and most clearly want to teach. You will make friends here, and have good moments. I will say, the student culture is abysmal. There is so many rude kids who are rude for the sake of it. The staff likely have favorites. (Ex: Athletes, PTA Kids) I have noticed if you sign up for an activity that requires the staff to pick people, most likely you will see the popular kids every time. Maybe some normal, good people mixed in there. It is really discouraging, to me. On the positive note, this school likes to include kids with disabilities. In terms of mental health, they give little lessons and swear up and down bullying is not tolerated. The mental health lessons are pointless; the program they use often tries to be hip and cool. The counselors are kind though. They actually care for your well-being, and so do most teachers.I do feel the staff could not care less about the mental well-being of their students.

My special needs third grader has always gone to Evans and her experiences are as good as if she had no handicap. Way to go ICEvans. Thank you
