This home has nice tile flooring that runs throughout the home. The entire home inside and out has been recently painted. In June 2017 a new heat pump was installed that provides the home with central heating and arctic air conditioning. Kids that live in this home are within the current boundaries of Mission Meadows Elementary, Roosevelt Middle and Vista High Schools.

    "Dog owners, even on the easements, pick up after your dog. The county pocket lacks adequate street maintenance so it is up to the home owners to clean up what is left behind. And no, we don't want to smell what your dog has been cooking. Exercise your dog to your heart's content but turning a street into a dog toilet is not cool. Be kind, don't empty your dog's behind. "
