"Dog owners would like to live in the neighborhood because it is dog friendly, but it is kind of annoying that some owners leave poop bags everywhere "
  • Kyy M.
"Area is pretty great. Lexington jr high and Cypress high is a great voice. I attended those schools as well.. compared to LAUSD, cypress it’s a better decision. "

"My presence makes this neighborhood unique. Jokes apart community is very kind and helpful. Common amenities are well maintained. There is enough open space. Overall good from safety perspective too."
  • Bettymoonstone

  • Eli O.

  • Catherine E.
"The schools are good in this area and there are a lot of families. It is a safe neighborhood and people are friendly for the most part. There is very little crime and people seem to be very respectful of each other."
  • Catherine E.

  • Mikepak76

  • Cindy B.

Couple of good public gardens are also around where you can go for walk. People around are nice, have not seen any unpleasant incident in my last 2 years of stay. Community has mix of people from all over the world. I recommend this place for stay."
  • Bbrittanyluvsu
"There is a lot of awesome food and really amazing people and community events. It is busy streets where I live not much neighborhood though "
  • Phil
"Great schools, safe area that police often patrol, strong community involvement, very family oriented. "
  • Mckeelindsey
"Grown up here. Streets are clean and safe. Children are often playing outside. Neighbors are kind and look out for each other (but aren’t nosey)"
  • Vanessa A.
"Cypress community festival and trunk or treat. The church also offers Xmas and thanksgiving things . Ajdhshs"
  • Spicybrowne
"People are walking dogs all the time and it’s a pleasant environment for animals. However, be careful of coyotes because they are very present. Walk dogs close by and on a leash to be safe. Many coyotes have been seen in the area and reports of attacking small animals are not uncommon. Unfortunately with the river beds nearby, there isn’t much that can be done except being aware of your surroundings and being prepared. "
