The subdivision exhibits pride of ownership and they seem to be a close knit community. One of the nice perks is the Riverbend House, where the homeowners meet once a month for a pot luck lunch and a neighborhood meeting. The Riverbend House is available to the homeowners in the subdivision and is often used for family reunions, baby and bridal showers, or any other event that requires a crowd larger than you can accomodate in your home! The subdivision is sitting on a beautiful part of Toledo Bend Lake with easy access to Cypress Bend Resort on the Louisiana side of the lake!"
