I wish that the homeowner society would be more active in making sure yards of weekenders were maintained better; I believe houses would sell quicker and for much more money. Also, anyone outside of Lands of Pickwick can join the community pool. I think ony residents of the neighborhood should be the only ones able to join. Our family won't join because of this factor. The pool, however, is very well maintained."
