Downtown Rapid City apartments - less than a block to Murphy's and Essence of Coffee, close to the YMCA, Main Street Square, and everything else happening in the center of Rapid City. 919 Main is one of the original modern residential renovations downtown, offering a mix of desired conveniences like in unit laundry and central heating and colling with touches of the historic like reclaimed wood floors and exposed structural elements.

A 12 month lease is required for new tenants, after the original 12 months the lease duration is negotiable. The building is non smoking and tenants are required to be 50 feet from entrances while smoking. There is a separate pet policy, but the main points are that a maximum of 2 cats/dogs are allowed, they must be under 30 lbs. each fully grown, and there is an additional pet deposit as well as $25 per animal pet rent. Renter's insurance is suggested but not required, property insurance does not cover personal belongings of tenants.

Other than if you live close to Cattron which my building is located close to Catherine and sometimes you can hear the traffic. Other than that it’s great"

You see kids walking to and from school and lots of people walking babies in strollers it seems to be a safe area and the people love to celebrate the holidays. Convenience of gas stations and a dollar tree within five minutes of the house for those last minute items that were forgotten at the store. Convenient location for stores, strip malls or even the mall within ten minutes. Great location to have rapid city at your fingertips without having to be right in the middle and having to deal with rush hour traffic"
