Off street, one car parking area next to main house. Outside separate patio area. Some storage available under main house porch, but space is limited. Good for single person or couple (2 people max). No pets allowed (there isn't a lot of a yard).

18 month lease preferred. 1st + $875 deposit and $100 cleaning fee. Tenant responsible for electricity and water utilities. WiFi and garbage is included in rent. Tenant is responsible for mowing the lawn.
