New faucets and accessories in bathrooms and kitchen. New and updated lighting. Brand new 5-ton air conditioner and new furnace. One year lease required. Rent is $4,480 a month with a security deposit of $4,480. Rent reflects consideration due to a few dated features, such as older kitchen appliances, but they are clean and work with the exception of one of the four burners on the stove top.

One non-high-risk dog will be considered upon approval and a $2,000 pet deposit. ESA animal requires proof.

Landlord pays HOA fee which covers trash pickup, common area Greenspace maintenance, and use of pool/clubhouse. Tenant responsible for mowing small portion of front yard lawn. Tenant responsible for water, electric, and cable/internet. No smoking or vaping, inside home. Two-year-old washer/dryer provided as convenience appliances.
