The only known issues is that the biggest bedroom needs floor pulled and some joist work or just a slab poured where it sits behind the garage. It wasn't constructed right when the house was added onto in my opinion. It hasn't gotten any worse over the 12 years of ownership but that bedroom has only been used for storage.
