"Clean, well maintained. No people who look as if they're not part of the immediate area. Good police presence, if needed. Ambulance response good also. No "mechanic"s vehicles. Sitting around. Trash pick up good. Dogs are walked on leash, with person who does use trash bags."

"it's a crappy rental neighborhood with younger people who don't care about much of anything. There appears to be a serious lack of pride in their homes..but it's improving. "
