The HOA annual dues are only $200, for this beautiful, wonderfully maintained neighborhood. This neighborhood is a safe, family oriented neighborhood, resdients are out playing, walking, jogging, riding bikes, walking their dogs, etc. It is a wonderful place to start and raise a family.
