I have a place for rent in Downtown Murfreesboro, near MTSU. It's a 2bedroom, 1 bath unit, and it's ready to move in to. It is super clean! A Stainless Steel fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher are included. There is a HUGE laundry room, but, a washer and dryer are not included.

This is 1unit of a 5 unit building. I just recently purchased it, and am in the process of fixing up the units. It is on E. Lytle St, about a block from Middle TN Blvd and MTSU. It has an open floorplan, with the kitchen and living room being open to each other. Off of that, there is a hallway, which leads to the bedrooms and bathroom. There is a larger laundry room. And that's it.

I just purchased this unit, and I'm going to be working on the outside once it has warmed up. I'm going to paint the brick, repave the parking lot, do some landscaping, etc. Right now, it doesn't look that great. So, please prepare yourself to look past that.

Pets are NOT allowed. $1150 on a 1 year lease. $1100 on a 2 year lease.

Deposit is $1,100.

In order to qualify, you must have income of 3 times the rental amount. I do a credit check, criminal background check, and eviction history report. I do not care about student loans or medical bills. I am mainly looking for apartment or real estate related debt / judgements / evictions.

First month's rent and security deposit are due in full before move in.
