"Been here for 7 years renting due to high cost of homes and land yet everyone gets along staying to themselves. Not very much crime except drugs schools are good. There is no rule about single housing homes so many houses have many families in them but for me everyone seems ok "

"Been living her 9 years overall good city but you MUST if living in town understand we are very ethnically diverse and there will be homes with more than one family living there. But I have never had anything stolen or even worry about it. In general they are good people and some sketchy people but we are aware and truly have no problem with any of my neighbors "
