"it's close to a dog park. it's close to the Willamette river. we have very friendly people all around us.theres plenty of sidewalks for walking their dogs. "

"Great elementary schools and nice quiet neighborhoods that are safe for kids to play, ride bikes, etc. We moved here from Tigard, which is supposed to be a great city for families and we are very happy here and have found plenty of community activities and facilities to keep our kids busy!"
