About this House

We are having an open house Saturday April 10th from 10:00am-12:00. There are tenants in the home so please do not show up with out an appointment.
This home is in a great central location in Sandy and well suited for a family. On the main floor there is a master bedroom with attached bathroom and walk in closet. This floor also contains another bedroom and full bathroom. There is a laundry room on the main floor as well as basement laundry area. (A set of washer and dryer included). Main level also has an office with french doors.

Basement has a second family room or game room and bathroom. There are three bedrooms downstairs as well.

The backyard has a great view of the Wasatch mountains with a fire pit and shed. There is a two car garage and large driveway.

Renter pays all utilities except sewer. 1-2 dogs allowed with pet fee and monthly pet rent. No smoking.
