large 2 story home on huge lot just outside of City limits. Private setting, excellent value. Needs a new roof, some water damage inside, but still livable. Selling AS IS. "Holiday parades are always a must and so much fun! Perfect for any age. Also the University holds a lot of family friendly events that kids can even enjoy. During the summer we have the free fair, and firework and tons of local lakes to enjoy. "

"There is a dog park in town and a really nice long trail to walk & bike on. There are a lot of children that play around the area so when I walk my dog they like to pet him."

"Everyone is friendly and has a low crime rate. Also has a big college Ferris State University. Plenty of places to shop and eat. Also a lot of law enforcement so you know you are safe. We have the river right in town. Fun to use for tubing and kayaking. Multiple schools for kids. "
