The Space

These apartments are all newly renovated with the best in climate and sound insulation. Each apartment is heated and cooled with individually controlled mini-split systems. The basement of the house has an exterior entrance and offers a new full-capacity washer/dryer and plenty of space for managing the laundry needs of all tenants.

Location

Our house is perfectly situated in a great neighborhood where folks stop to talk on the street and walking/biking is the norm. The apartment is located one block from West Main Street a 15 minute walk to the Downtown Mall and a 5 minute walk to UVA and the Corner. Extremely convenient to the train and bus stations and UVA hospital. Wide variety of dining and pick-up food available in the immediate and mile radius.

Parking

There is on-street parking available in the vicinity but the house comes without dedicated parking. Adjacent off-street parking is available w/ an additional discounted monthly fee. Please inquire with your parking needs and we should be able to make something work.

Pets

We love animals and understand that you want to bring yours with you but are also aware of the impact that animals have on a house. This is a small efficiency which probably doesn't work well for most pets. In the event that we do allow a dog/cat the pet fee will be $35 per month.

Owner pays utilities; water, sewer, electric and high-speed internet, tenant pays a $150 utility fee which is not included in rent.
