Hardwood floors throughout main spaces, tile in kitchen and bath. Off street parking, high ceilings, lots of light. No washer dryer/ no hookups. Tenant responsible for all utilities (water/ electric/ cable). Small rear porch, one off street parking space. Twelve month lease required. $750 security deposit and $250 cleaning deposit due with application ($1000 total, will me immediately refunded if application not accepted)
