This is the back half of a 2-family house and includes some access to the enormous yard and gardens (large vegetable garden of which a portion would be available for use.) We are looking for mature, responsible non-smoking tenant(s) with quiet lifestyle(s) who are willing to help with some outdoor upkeep (primarily shared snow blowing/shoveling and fall leaf raking/blowing, though someone who enjoys gardening would be great). Oil heat is payed by tenant (and the place heats well with wood.) Indoor cat allowed w/a pet deposit . NOTE: this is a 2-family home with the owner in the front.
