Two of my children attended Ewa Elementary School. One went in 5th grade and one went for 1st and 2nd. I couldn’t have asked for a better elementary school. The staff are always welcoming in the front office. When I needed to register the children they helped me finish all of the paperwork. Ms. Samson taught 5th grade and was so engaging with the students and with the parents. In addition, Ms. Ogata is a wonderful and caring 2nd grade teacher! They use Seesaw app so the communication is always available. I get daily updates and daily videos where I can hear my child read and answer questions! Ewa Elementary goes above and beyond!

This school is great, clean, close by.

horrible school, low academics, low drive/student connectedness; even though kapolei apparently tries their best with connecting us! overall not a school to look into; there’s way better options at less, go to a different district. the academies aren’t okay - but some teachers across all of them and the counselors aren’t helpful. specifically phsa. early college offered here is okay but it’s a small office and takes such a long time to process anything Kapolei NEEDS to work on organization and staff; there is a shortage and that’s why i’m doing education to hopefully bring another teacher onboard here or other schools for the students! Kapolei does not offer much support systems for us and are never followed up upon. I’m not sure how much more surveys I will need to do during the school years to see ANY change

My son is in the 6th grade and is doing well at Honouliuli school. The teacher’s are doing a great job and my son enjoys studying there. We are from mainland and we were accepted by all! I am happy that we get to have this experience and my son enjoys it.
