There is plenty of storage in the home as well as the storage room off the 2 car carport AND a nice storage building in the backyard for all your extras (or make it into a craft room or workshop). And, speaking of the backyard, it is fully fenced and private and well over 1/3 acre with numerous pecan trees and a covered back patio. Plenty of updates within the last year and a half include a new roof, completely renovated master bath, new guest bathroom floors; replaced privacy fence along the back of the lot and repaired the sprinkler system (yes, there is also a sprinkler system). We were told by the previous owner and agent that there are wood floors under the carpet but that has not been verified. Nice home, nice area, nice condition, affordable price.
