  • Amy Rutkowski
"Amazing place to live ! So much to do and great people. Not anymore expensive than other places to live. "
  • Ecgrundeman
"We have been renting for a year. We love it but home prices have gone up so much that a normal family can’t afford to buy in this area. "
  • Alisha Polanco
"Awesome beach town.Great for families and aging singles. Lots to do. If you like the outdoors. Good food and entertainment. "
  • Rrbarnette
"Annual Art Festival, Friday Night Minuteman Cswy Food and Drinking, VFW Steak cookouts, July 4th, Surfing Santa’s, Skydiving Santas. "
  • Teddyballgame
"Parades and beach activities are some of the nice things about Cocoa Beach. The drawbacks are that you’re on an island and need to travel for basically everything or else pay top dollar for tourist prices. "
  • Fernie5851
"There are not any sidewalks. It is a dog friendly neighborhood. There are plenty of areas to walk your dog. "
  • Jdbeston
"I have family here and it's a great place to visit! Very underrated part of Florida. Lots of places to eat and things to do, plus Orlando is less than 1 hour away. "
  • ROSA J. .
"Lots of tourists here, please keep an eye in your kids. The Beach also can be dangerous at times, even the traffic, if you want use your bikes. Never trust the Cars, because most of the people don’t live here. "
  • ROSA J. .
"They like to walk the dogs without any protection. They think they can control their dogs in case they just run away or try to bark or even attack someone. This is what I think most of them like, to endanger everyone by free will... "
  • Debra
"We have Friday Fest on the 3rd Friday of every month in our downtown area. The Art Show and various other events as well such as parades, 5k's, Winterfest, etc. Great community, neighbors, and camaraderie here. "
  • Todd P.
"Every day something different is going on. Family events and live music at all the local spots. The third Friday of every month we have a huge block party and it’s so much fun. "
  • ROSA J. .
"Always Last Friday’s Every month different events with music and food and shopping!!! Many people will come from different places and participate in the event. Tourists are everywhere . Family oriented events, lots of children, families, old couples, young couples, Singles of all Sort. The Traffic is closed in many streets and the Events range from 6:00Pm to 10:00Pm, sometimes later. So much fun!!!"
  • Riley G.
"Atlantic Ave (A1A) is the main road running through town, and it’s always crowded. Almost no one obeys the speed limit and pedestrians have been hit. Remind (older) kids to cross only at crosswalks and be aware of what’s coming in all directions at all times. Also, you need front and back lights on your bike at night or else the cops will pull you over & ticket you!"
  • Russ M.
"Great beachfront community. Safe with friendly neighbors. Publix or Winn Dixie for groceries and great restaurants all close by. Public beaches all within walking distance."
  • Janette G. W.
"Very family friendly and social neighborhoods. Neighbors look out for each other and report anything unusual. Kids are able to safely ride bikes and walk to school. "
  • Michelle R. M.
"The Beach is close near everyplace here! Restaurants and bars galore. Dogs allowed on the beach. Sidewalks for walking and biking. "
  • Dlglass13
"I see a lot of dog owners with well behaved dogs who are kind and are responsible to others by picking up after their pet. The community dog park is very popular also."
  • Dlglass13
"Easy to get around town except during special events then it’s overly crowded. Public transportation is readily available all around town."

"Walk to Beach and surfing. post office. Library. grocery. restaurants. Dunkin Donuts. Hardware dry cleaning hairdresser and much more."
