This is truly the space that you will gather on a daily basis as well as for entertaining. There are actually 2 pantries! Convenient first floor powder room and first floor laundry. Exiting to the rear yard you will find a fully fenced yard as well as a paver patio. Tons of space to play! The second floor of the home has four spacious bedrooms and the owner's suite is huge. It includes an extra sitting area plus an en suite bath and ample walk-in closet. This a great house with a ton of space. There are some things that will need some work. The wood floors are rough at spots and some of the windows have lost their seal. However, the owner has done a ton of work as well. This includes newer paint, much newer lighting, all bedrooms with new carpet, some new toilets, and en suite bath all fixtures redone. The economical gas furnace and the central air are all ONE YEAR OLD. There is a water softener, sump pump and the window treatments remain. The reason I believe this happens is because you do have some people, very few, that will walk their dogs at night and not clean up.
