A large storge room exists for storage of beach toys and bicycles. Finished in the summer of 2022, the exterior of the home is built with materials designed to last. All decks are constructed with Cumaru (aka Brazilian Teak) which is known to have a 50+ year useful life. All siding and privacy fencing is constructed with Hardie cement board and the roof is standing seam metal. The house was designed to include a passenger elevator which can easily be added later. The elevator room is currently being used as a large owner's closet. The house is sold fully furnished and ready to occupy or rent. It is under rental management with Cape & Coast Premier Properties.
